Calritas Rx

Claritas Rx announced the closing of a significant growth equity investment from Questa Capital, a venture growth equity firm focused on investing in expansion-stage healthcare companies. The funds will be used to enhance drug and patient analytics with innovative new products, accelerate sales & marketing, and expand the company’s management team. The Claritas Rx data aggregation platform and aggregator-agnostic tools let commercial teams mine data more effectively to engage customers and support patients. 

Precision Value & Health

As part of an effort to turbocharge its omnichannel platforms and digital transformation offering, Precision Value & Health is acquiring engagement consultancy Across Health, PV&H announced recently. A consultancy based in Belgium, Across Health specializes in omnichannel strategy within the life-sciences space. Until now, the company’s footprint has mostly been limited to Europe – so the deal simultaneously bolsters Across’ North American presence and PV&H’s overseas operations.

Fishawack Health

Fishawack Health has acquired PRMA Consulting, a premier global market access and health economics outcomes research (HEOR) consultancy with offices across Europe, Asia, and the US. The acquisition bolsters Fishawack Health’s strong strategic offering, adding deep expertise in Asia-Pacific and European markets to complement the company’s existing market access offering in North America. Uniphar plc, Diligent’s parent company, has acquired RRD International, a specialized product development company providing strategic and operational support to biopharmaceutical companies and investors. As does Diligent, RRD will continue to operate autonomously while leveraging the resources and reach of Uniphar.
