Conduent Joins with Experian Health to Expand Patient Assistance Capabilities

Conduent recently announced a commercial agreement with Experian Health, a leading provider of revenue cycle management products that include patient engagement, patient access and patient collections.

The agreement enables Conduent’s digital IntelliHealth to connect with Experian’s consumer data and electronic income verification tool to speed prescription drug assistance approvals and shorten prescription fulfillment and time to therapy.

Conduent has resources and expertise to process millions of documents or transactions across a range of industries and works with patient enrollment, benefits verification and prior authorization paperwork. IntelliHealth digitizes many interactions and then directs case managers more toward exception management.
